Ken was great. He replaced the battery in my laptop. Service was friendly and efficient. I was so impressed, I had him repair my gaming laptop that several other people had told me was non-repairable. He repaired it within a day like a wizard! What a great resource.

Just picking up my PC and had a really good experience! I got an ssd for my birthday and needed someone to install. When I arrived he was super welcoming and even offered to install windows and update all my drivers for a really fair price! He calls with updates, and is very nice. He even offered to sell me a secondary gaming PC for a really discounted price, which I will be giving to my sister as a late birthday gift. Ken is fabulous. Easy going and asked everything he needed to fix my ailing PC before getting started. I just had to followup via text with some Microsoft account some info critical to the repair that I didn't bring with me. Without getting into the weeds, my issue related to one of those moments when Windows advises, "Do not turn off your computer." Well, that happened, and the PC would not boot at all. But after handing it over to Ken, a few short hours later to tell me "It's fixed." I picked the computer up on the same day and have had no issues since. He's very easy to work with and a real pro. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. A well-deserved five stars.
