I called Computer Paramedics when my young daughter spilled milk on my laptop keyboard. I didn't want to have to buy a new computer, and had tons of baby pictures my wife and I were concerned about saving. Ken put my mind at ease, ordered a new keyboard, and had it fixed in a short amount of time. We're very happy with this company and the quick service. After spending an extensive amount of time attempting to fix my system after accidentally deleting a system file I took the chance to call Computer Paramedics. I never outsource my electronic repairs as I fix them myself. Ken listened intently to my problem, the steps I had already taken to repair the problem and my actual system needs if once the operating system was fixed. He proposed a fix, I provided further info for my future tech needs and he altered his fix to clearly meet my needs. He provided careful and attentive customer service, technical expertise, and was a decent, honest, and reliable individual to work with. Would I use his services again, ABSOLUTELY. What a decent person to deal with in the times we live in.

The installation took literally 10 minutes, and he was very nice and walked us through the whole process. Plus, going through him saved us over $200, so that's hard to beat. I use the computer daily from my finances to keeping in touch with my fiance in the Philippines, and my 5 year old computer was really dragging along, getting worse every other day till one night it froze midway on half my programs. Found Ken on Kudzu and called at 7:30 pm, thinking and praying for an appointment the next day. Even though it wasn't a real emergency, he offered to drive to my home that night and came on time and fixed everything up for me. I was so relieved as I use this machine so much.
